Thank you, for me it's not working because I used the. 'NAME': os.path.join(BASE_DIR, 'db.sqlite3') part. And I get an error. The name part in my new postgresql app: 'NAME': os.path.join(BASE_DIR, 'postgres'), ERROR: FATAL: database "/Users/Diego/Desktop/angloappsep/postgres" does not exist. How can I solve this?

if you want to retrieve any data from the tables in postgressql, did you change the commands in your views.py file or they are all same for sqllite and postgressql?

Thank you. Can you now use the build in Django functions to query data? For example, can you run the following: Entry.objects.all()? Or, do you need to do this: Entry.objects.raw('sql query')? I have tried again, and again to use the build in Django functions, however, it keeps giving me this error: django.db.utils.ProgrammingError: can't adapt type 'SimpleLazyObject'. What should I do to fix this problem? I want to be able to use the Django build in functions on postgreSQL database. Thank you in advance. I have posted the question on stack overflow: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/49828561/how-to-query-data-using-the-build-in-django-functions-in-postgresql-database

Thanks Chris. I have been building a blog with Django and React. I really like Django over other backends.
